Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Notify us by email within that period. Statutory exceptions may apply, including to personalised goods, sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and certain perishable products.
Return condition and shipping
Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, it must be returned unused, in its original condition and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging. The customer normally bears the direct cost of return shipping. Use a tracked service and keep proof of postage.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Email us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
Refunds
After an eligible return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.

For an exchange, contact us first. Availability cannot be guaranteed for handmade or limited items.
