These terms apply to purchases made through the Ancient Symposium online store. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into the purchase.
Products and availability
Handmade products may show small variations in colour, texture and finish. Product availability may change. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the unavailable item.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in euros. The total payable amount, including any applicable shipping charges and taxes calculated by the store, is shown before you place the order. Payments are handled securely through the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Order acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may contact you if an item is unavailable, a price is clearly incorrect, payment is not authorised or fraud checks require clarification.
Shipping
Available destinations and shipping charges are shown during checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control. Customers outside the European Union may be responsible for import duties or local charges where applicable.
Returns and privacy
Our Refund and Returns Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Alcohol
Alcohol products may be purchased only by persons who meet the legal drinking-age requirements in the destination country. We may cancel an alcohol order where age or destination restrictions prevent lawful fulfilment.
